The child’s ability to listen, collaborate, and negotiate with both peers and adults is directly related to his or her development of creativity, communication, and critical thinking skills. We encourage development of these abilities by collaborating with other institutions, service learning and community partnerships. Significant ongoing collaborations include Shaw Nature Reserve, Litzsinger Road Ecology Center, Central Print, Forest Park Forever, and SOHA Gallery. We believe in building internal community through frequent communication and school events.
